All tours include certified guide services, transportation from Calgary meeting points, Parks Canada permits, safety equipment (bear spray, first aid), and lunch/snacks. Multi-day trips also include camping equipment, meals, and backcountry permits.

Full refund for cancellations 14+ days before tour. 50% refund for 7-13 days notice. No refund for cancellations within 7 days. We may cancel tours due to weather or safety concerns with full refund. See our Cancellation Policy for details.

It depends on the tour! Our "Easy" tours are perfect for beginners and families. "Moderate" tours require basic fitness and some hiking experience. "Hard" tours are for experienced hikers comfortable with challenging terrain and multi-day backpacking. Check individual tour descriptions for specific requirements.

All our guides are certified in wildlife safety and carry bear spray. We make noise on trails to avoid surprising bears. If we encounter wildlife, your guide will direct the group on proper protocols. Bear encounters are rare when proper precautions are taken. We also offer dedicated Wildlife Safety Training sessions.

Many of our guests are solo travelers. Group tours are a great way to meet fellow adventurers. We also offer private tours if you prefer a personalized experience. No single supplement fees for group tours.

Summer (June-September) offers the best weather and access to high alpine trails. July-August features wildflowers. September-October brings stunning fall colors with fewer crowds. Winter (December-March) is perfect for snowshoeing and ice walks. Each season offers unique beauty!
